Join Kate for an easy-to-follow 90 minute introduction to sports nutrition for young athletes.

TURN THEORY INTO PRACTICE to help your children make really good food choices to fuel both their sport and their growth and development.

GET TO COOK GREAT MEALS or at least help you in the kitchen (!) to support their training. Day-in, day-out.

      In this 90 min session you will:
      • LEARN how to support your training with real, healthy meals and sports drinks
      • DISCOVER clear, practical tips that actually make sense for busy young athletes
      • COOK 3 recipes suitable for:
        • general training (you can eat this for lunch after!)
        • post-training recovery
        • hydration

      How it works:

      ONCE YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE SENT A BOOKING LINK FOR YOU TO BOOK ONTO YOUR PREFERRED DATE. 

      One week before your session you will be sent the zoom link, the recipes and list of ingredients to support the cooking activities. 

      Suitable for ages 10-18.

      Important! Please inform us if you have any dietary requirements upon signing up as  Kate will adapt the recipes accordingly - email to info@katepercys.com.
