Join Kate for an easy-to-follow 90 minute introduction to the subject, tailored exclusively for your sports club members (youth or adult) according to your discipline (e.g. running, swimming, triathlon, rugby, football, gymnastics).
The emphasis is very much how to turn theory into practice, to help your club members make the right food choices to fuel their sport and cook great meals to support their training. Day-in, day-out.
An interactive session via zoom, you will need access to basic kitchen facilities as you will be cooking along with Kate. You don't need a club kitchen as members usually attend the course from their own kitchens.
