Enerjoy! for Young Athletes - A Practical Introduction to Sports Nutrition. Live with Kate Percy.
Learn to cook with Kate | Discover the impact that eating well can have on your physical and mental wellbeing | Learn how to translate theory into delicious, easy-to-prep meals
Join Kate for an easy-to-follow 90 minute introduction to sports nutrition for young athletes. The emphasis is very much how to turn theory into practice, to help your children make really good food choices to fuel both their sport and their growth and development. And of course to cook great meals (or at least help you in the kitchen!) to support their training. Day-in, day-out.
An interactive session via zoom, you will need access to basic kitchen facilities as you will be cooking along with Kate. Younger children will need a parent to help them!
